Cake and Wine (juice) Ceremony

1. I stand by the altar and fill the Cup with juice and put it on the altar I stand before my altar holding up the cup holding the Athame between my palms.
2. I place the point in the cup. I say "As the Athame is the Male, so the Cup is the female; so, conjoined, they bring blessedness."
3. I lay aside the Athame, take the Cup and offer the gods and goddess some juice. 4. I Hold the bread on the altar and bless it with the Athame "in the name of the lord and lady",
5. then offer it to the lord and the lady.
6.Then I offer some to everyone else in the circle with me and "say eat/drink this in honor of the the lord and lady".
this is to be done after a rite or any magickal workings it makes you feel revitalized and energetic because after a magickal working you feel drained and tired but for some it calms them down after magickal work make sure you honor them you feel that way because the magick works you up on works you down and you feel realy calm or really excited because you are filled with the energy with the goddess and god and the elements or the energy makes you feel run down
